Includes:
• 04 nights stay in a selected hotel.
• Pick up from Jammu Airport / Station and drop to Srinagar by tempo traveller car.
• Union car in Pahalgam.  
• All Sightseeing tour plans are exclusive by tempo traveller with a driver with
local knowledge.
• Transport charges inclusive of Fuel charges, Driver Allowance, Night Halt, Road
taxes, State Permits and Parking
• Ist & IInd phase Gondola ticket in Gulmarg
• Local sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Shikara ride in Dal Lake in Srinagar.
• Meal Plan MAPI (Breakfast & Dinner veg & non veg)
• Inclusive of All Tax

Exclude:
• Train tickets / Flight Tickets.
• Any meals other than specified in inclusions.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water,
soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porter age.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles, other than mentioned in the
itinerary.  
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage
political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly
payable on the spot).
• Monument Charges, Entrance Fees,
• Camera Fees, etc not Included in the Package. Travel Insurance.

 

Terms and Conditions
In Case Said Hotel will not Available, Same Hotel Category of hotel will Booked.
Rates are not valid for Season or Peak Season Time.
Rates can be changed without prior notice. Per person rates applicable on 2 people staying together. In case of A/c not working due to any technical faults, the difference between A/c and Non A/c Charges will be refunded.

Amendments / Cancellations:
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:
1. 30 days or more before the date of departure: 50% of total cost
2. 30 - 16 days before date of departure: 75% of total cost
3. 15 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days prior to departure date and the received amount will be fully forfeited. Also note that in case of any restriction/health issue (guest gets covid +ve), we will be avoiding charging any cancellation basis documents being shared. The credit notes for the same amount will be issued which guests can use in future. During any amendment /Cancellation - airline / hotel cancellation (wherever applicable) will be charged as per airline / hotel policies.
