The Company acts solely as a tour operator and coordinator and does not own, operate, or control any of the hotels, transport services (coach, car, etc.), or other facilities included in the tour package. Therefore, the Company cannot be held liable for any deficiency, injury, loss, or damage arising from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
The Company shall not be held responsible in the following cases:
Failures or non-performance attributable to the customer, including delays, missed services, or lack of documentation. Situations arising due to a third party not connected with the holiday services, where such circumstances are unforeseeable or unavoidable. Unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Company’s control (e.g., weather disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
Events that neither the Company nor the supplier could have anticipated or prevented, even with all due care. While the Company makes every effort to ensure a smooth and satisfying travel experience, it cannot guarantee perfection and is not liable for acts beyond its reasonable control.
All information provided in brochures, websites, or communication materials has been compiled with reasonable care, is believed to be accurate at the time of publication, and is offered in good faith. However, the Company does not accept liability for any inaccuracies that may occur due to changes beyond its control.
Complaints & Grievance Redressal
At India Travel Yatra, we strive to ensure every traveler enjoys a smooth, memorable, and trouble-free holiday experience. However, should you encounter any issues during your tour, we request that you immediately bring the matter to the attention of your India Travel Yatra Manager or local representative. They will make every effort to resolve the issue on the spot.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction during the tour, you must submit your complaint in writing to the Company within 28 days of the conclusion of the tour. Please note that failure to do so within this timeframe may affect our ability to fully investigate the issue and impact the outcome of your complaint.
All disputes, claims, or complaints arising from or relating to any part of your travel with us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, India.
Health Requirements
For the safety and well-being of all travelers, any person diagnosed with a contagious or infectious disease is strictly prohibited from participating in the tour. If a participant is found to be suffering from such a condition during the course of the tour, they may be required to leave the group immediately. In such cases, the individual will be responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements to return home at their own expense. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
Our Liability
India Travel Yatra accepts responsibility for the travel arrangements we make directly and which are wholly within our control. We also accept liability for the negligent acts or omissions of our employees and agents, acting within the scope of their employment and duties.
However, we would like to clarify that our liability does not extend to certain circumstances that fall outside our control or are otherwise excluded, as outlined below:
Exclusions of Liability

Where we are found liable for any loss or damage, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the tour by the affected client.
