Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival & Sightseeing (3hrs)

Upon arrival at airport you will be met by our representative & transferred to your hotel if time permits otherwise directly proceed for sightseeing covering Swayambhunath & Kathmandu Durbar Sqaure , Check in to your hotel . Rest of the free, overnight stay at Hotel

 

 

 

 

Day 2:  Transfer to Pokhara (7hrs)

After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing of  Later, transfer to Pokhara which is 8 hrs. Drive (200km). on the way visit Manakamana Temple (Tickets on your own )  , Reach Pokhara in the evening at Check in your hotel & in the evening enjoy yourself in Lakeside area. Overnight stay at Hotel

 

Day 3: Pokhara sightseeing (6HrsMax)

Early in the morning around 05:00 am you will be taken to Sarangkot (25min drive) from where you can enjoy the sun rise then return to hotel .after breakfast proceed for full day city tour of

�� SIM Card Information

SIM cards can be purchased at Tribhuvan International Airport or nearby your hotel. Nepal has two main telecom providers:

• Ncell
• Nepal Telecom

A SIM card typically costs around ₹150 (INR). Data charges are additional and vary by usage.

 

�� Required Documents to Enter Nepal (Indian Citizens)

• Adults (18 years & above):
  • Valid passport or
  • Original Voter ID card

 

• Minors (below 18 years):
  • School ID with photo, and
  • Birth certificate,

 

�� Important Information & Tour Conditions

ü Transportation is point-to-point only as per the package inclusions; vehicle is not at disposal.

ü Rates are valid till September 2026 and applicable to Indian passport/ID holders only.

ü In case of flight cancellations, delays, or natural disasters, any extra expenses must be borne by the guest.

ü Rates and availability are subject to change at the time of confirmation.

ü Only ₹100 INR currency notes are accepted in Nepal. Denominations above ₹100 are not accepted.

ü If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.

ü Any personal expenses not included in the package must be paid directly at checkout.

ü Hotel availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

ü Scanned ID copies, rooming list, and meal preferences must be emailed prior to arrival.

ü Any itinerary changes must be communicated in advance.

ü Activities such as drug use, prostitution, or visits to dance bars are strictly discouraged. We are not responsible for any legal or personal issues arising from such involvement.
